Beautiful quiet neighborhood right by the Mississippi River. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown Bemidji. Far enough out to feel like you’re out of town and away from it all but close enough to have your favorite pizza delivered!

Guest Access

A garage space may be available but best to park in the driveway. Bring your snowmobile and hop on the famous Paul Bunyan State Trail which you have private access to at the beginning of the driveway. This beautiful historic trail is the longest state trail in MN and connects with the Heartland State Trail, Blue Ox Trail, and Lake Bemidji State Park. A short 10 minute car ride brings you to quaint downtown Bemidji where you can find the famous Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox statues as well as great local places for food, drinks, and coffee. A 10 minute drive north up the west side of the lake brings you to serene Lake Bemidji State Park where there's a boat launch, beach, and hiking trails.

Other Details to Note

While there is not a sandy beach area per se, the lake is very shallow (3-4 feet deep) for a very large area around the dock, making it great for swimming and water activities. There are AC units in the main living area and master bedroom but not the guest bedroom.

Everything was wonderful from check in to check out. The location was easy to find and exactly as listed. It is an extremely peaceful location and I wish I’d had the time for a longer stay in this beautiful (indoors and out) setting. The Breezy Hill Family was very attentive, responsive, and a great group to rent from while visiting Bemidji.

Right on the lake! We were there in mid fall which was great, quiet and private. Clean, spacious space. Beautiful view and sunsets! It would also be a great place for the summer. Each unit has a deck or patio and there is also a huge communal deck. Free kayaks. Steps away from the Paul Bunyan Trail. Great location. Close to downtown Bemidji.

The place was awesome! Fireplace on when we arrived. The view was beautiful. The use of paddle boards was not expected but taken advantage of, even in the middle of October! Bedding and towels were washed with scent free soap, an amazing bonus! We would stay again. Seems like a great place.

Great views and reasonable price! This was a great stay. The layout of the condo felt very efficient and I liked the kitchen a lot. The beds were comfy and the lake view off the deck was gorgeous. The decor was cozy and they did a good job picking cohesive colors in the space. Also, they didn't have a crazy long list of tasks they wanted done before chrckout. They just asked us to start a load of dishes and sheets/towels. It was a very pain-free stay! I would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area.

Breezy Hills was the perfect location for our weekend trip to Bemidji to participate in the Blue Ox Marathon! The accommodations are clean, comfortable and just like the photos show. Even in October, we enjoyed the use of the grill on the lower deck and eating dinner outside, watching the sunset over Lake Bemidji. Great access to the Paul Bunyan Trail and being so close to town made it easy to take in the fall beauty of the area and support local businesses, including two coffee shops and Big River Scoop Ice Cream. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Bemidji! The home was cozy, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The highlight was definitely the beautiful deck overlooking Lake Bemidji—perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening while taking in the peaceful views
