Welcome to Breezy Hills!

Love this place!! Very quiet and peaceful but still close enough to everything you need. We love kayaking and are super excited about the addition of paddle boards!2nd timers and we will be back again!

We stayed 3 nights at Breezy Hills condo #3. We loved it. We’re from Georgia. Even though we were out of town, for a long Labor Day weekend we had to watch the Georgia BullDawgs play Labor Day. The TV was Senior Citizen friendly and we were able to get the game on TV. We used to the kitchen and gas grill to cook a great half time meal. We sat out on the beautiful balcony deck for breakfast and enjoyed long conversations between adult siblings who live in different states who came together to honor extended family in our parents hometown of Bemidji. We met a neighbor who was moving in next door for a month long stay. We even got invited to a block party the following weekend. Breezy Hills is the perfect place to stay the weekend or longer. The communal deck and fishing dock right on Lake Bemidji allows for awesome views of the lake or even a swim as my brother did. We would definitely recommend Breezy Hills #3 and hope to stay there again next time we visit Bemidji.
