A beautiful, quaint, and quiet neighborhood situated right by the Headwaters of the Mississippi River. Less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Bemidji. Located directly on the Paul Bunyan Trail (that loops the entire lake), you are able to bike into Bemidji and grab a bite to eat at Bar 209 or many of the other wonderful restaurants Bemidji has to offer. In the winter, there's space to park your snowmobiles right off the trail as well!
Guest Access
Free garage parking if you'd like! Garage stall corresponds to your unit number. Or park in the driveway! Bring your snowmobile and hop on the famous Paul Bunyan State Trail which you have private access to at the beginning of the driveway. This beautiful historic trail is the longest state trail in MN and connects with the Heartland State Trail, Blue Ox Trail, and Lake Bemidji State Park. A short 10 minute car ride brings you to quaint downtown Bemidji where you can find the famous Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox statues as well as great local places for food, drinks, and coffee. A 10 minute drive north up the west side of the lake brings you to serene Lake Bemidji State Park where there's a boat launch, beach, and hiking trails.
