The place was awesome! Fireplace on when we arrived. The view was beautiful. The use of paddle boards was not expected but taken advantage of, even in the middle of October! Bedding and towels were washed with scent free soap, an amazing bonus! We would stay again. Seems like a great place.

Great views and reasonable price! This was a great stay. The layout of the condo felt very efficient and I liked the kitchen a lot. The beds were comfy and the lake view off the deck was gorgeous. The decor was cozy and they did a good job picking cohesive colors in the space. Also, they didn't have a crazy long list of tasks they wanted done before chrckout. They just asked us to start a load of dishes and sheets/towels. It was a very pain-free stay! I would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area.

Location was beautiful. Amenities were clean and comfortable. Beds were some of the best, very comfortable and great nights sleep. We loved having the full kitchen to cook some of our meals in.

Breezy Hills was the perfect location for our weekend trip to Bemidji to participate in the Blue Ox Marathon! The accommodations are clean, comfortable and just like the photos show. Even in October, we enjoyed the use of the grill on the lower deck and eating dinner outside, watching the sunset over Lake Bemidji. Great access to the Paul Bunyan Trail and being so close to town made it easy to take in the fall beauty of the area and support local businesses, including two coffee shops and Big River Scoop Ice Cream. Enjoyed our stay!

This place was a nice hidden gem found in Bemidji Area. This place was peaceful, private, and very scenic. All the information was outlined clearly to check in, park, there was a local guide legend within the unit as well which I found helpful. The views I had were spectacular and the condo was nice and intimate. I would come back here again and enjoyed my stay.

Breezy Hills was the perfect place for our family of 5 adults to stay while we were in Bemidji. Being right on the lake and seeing the beautiful sky is the best thing among all the good things about the place. The hosts were responsive, and able to answer any questions we had. They provide everything you could want to enjoy the beautiful lake and then relax in the townhome. Highly recommend staying here while exploring beautiful MN!

We had a wonderful stay in Bemidji! The home was cozy, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The highlight was definitely the beautiful deck overlooking Lake Bemidji—perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening while taking in the peaceful views

A very nice stay with so much to do around! Loved the deck, dock, and ability to kayak! Also, so cool that it is very accessible to the Paul Bunyan trail! The hosts provided really great local recommendations! Would recommend this place to anyone passing through the area or coming for vacation!

A beautiful setting on Lake Bemidji. The condo was great.Very clean,had a clean, comfortable feel to it. Everything was close to get to Downtown,the University, driving around,easy to find. Great place.. Definitely a place to recommend to others.
